At Oxy-bliss, we take pride in our premium quality. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 7-day exchange and return policy for all our customers.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as items on final clearance/sale, or innerwear for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@oxybliss.com or via WhatsApp at 0344 6387168. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.
